Property Overview

Welcome to Essex Estates.

We provide you with the finest properties, hand-crafted and built to suit all your needs. You'll find listings of all our property types below, please note that we'll only be able to develop your property that's realistic towards the outside of the property.

On each type, we'll list the following available features:

• Stash - A place to store items

• Wardrobe - Access your personal clothing outfits

• Freezer - Store your food, it'll last longer in the freezer. Don't forget to thaw!

• Shower - Freshen up

• Basement Access - You could pay for an extension downstairs

• Backdoor Access - Depending on the location, you may be able to have a sneaky back door

All properties come with at least 1 stash. Your main stash will always have a 500 kg capacity. Any additional stashes will be 200 kg.

Garages are available upon request, depending on the property size this may be chargeable.

Our construction contractor can create a basement depending on the property type, please note this is chargeable.
